Vines & Rushes Winery – Vines & Rushes Winery is located on an established family farm in Ripon, WI.  We currently grow five acres of grapes cold hardy enough to survive Wisconsin’s winters.  The grape varieties we grow consist primarily of Marquette, St Pepin and Petite Pearl.  We serve traditional Neapolitan style pizza (the original pizza style from Naples, Italy) and the oven is HOT!  Pizzas cook at around 750° with a bake time of around 90 seconds.  Dough and sauces are made in-house and feature many ingredients grown by local farms and cheeses made in local creameries.
